TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Consumer Transactions

NOTHING HEREIN CONTAINED IS INTENDED TO AFFECT, NOR WILL IT AFFECT, A CONSUMER'S STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER THE SALE OF GOODS ACT 1979 OR THE UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS ACT 1977 OR ANY AMENDMENT THEREOF.

DEPOSIT
The holding deposit amount is payable with the order. This will be immediately returned if the order can not be fulfilled by our supplier.
In the case of a customer failing to proceed with an order Motafile will endeavour to minimise any costs incurred.

PAYMENT
Cleared payment of the balance is required on or before delivery. A Bankers Draft or other previously agreed secure payment may be presented on delivery.

ACCEPTANCE
On receipt your order will be accepted subject to the vehicle still being available at the price quoted. Applications for purchase via credit agreement will be further subject to acceptance by the finance company.

DELIVERY
You will be protected in any dispute over the condition of the vehicle on delivery by any dispute being settled by an examination by an engineer of the A.A. or R.A.C. Inspection costs will be borne by the party at fault.

CONTRACTS
All contracts made with ourselves, MOTAFILE Limited, shall be valid and binding subject to these conditions of business and no other. No variation of these conditions shall be valid unless agreed in writing and signed by the customer and by our authorised representative. Your contract is with Motafile Limited, as your agent, to purchase from our nominated supplier.

Price increases for any reason occurring at the time of delivery may be applied to accepted orders. You may, as a result exercise the option to withdraw from the contract.

Motafile will at all times seek to act on behalf of our clients in a professional manner. The Motafile Fee is included in the price agreed between Motafile and the client.
